A total of 695,557 passengers arrived in Tenerife last July, which represents an 8% increase compared to the same month in 2016.
International airport traffic in Tenerife recorded a 4.4% growth (from a total of 424,829 passengers), while arrivals from Spanish airports increased by 14.3%, with a total of 270,728 passengers (106,568 of whom came from other Spanish islands, accounting for a 32.8% increase in July in terms of interisland passengers).
In terms of markets, there was also an increase in arrivals from the United Kingdom (+2.8%), Belgium (+5.7%), France (+18.5%), Italy (+18,8%), Ireland (+12.1%), Poland (+18.6%) and Czech Republic (+16.9%).
